I tried tonight.. nice improvement, but not what I know I need. So I took a break and went through the first two tiers of Rock the 80s. Then back to Collide.

Suddenly, after Radar Love, Collide seemed much easier!

And my score shot up by... a lot. Not what I know I need, but much, much closer, and maybe tomorrow I can reach it...

(For some reason, I'm taking photo evidence if this score because it matters.

Score submitted. I meant to try again (though I doubt I could improve without a great deal of practice), but I got sidetracked playing Rocks the 80s. Oh well. I'm still really happy with my score.

Will it be enough to beat jepu2xd? No idea, but I have a glimmer of hope, since I've beaten his scores on a few songs throughout the season. I can only hope this is another one of them.

So I was always working on Sunday's when the results came in. Can anyone give me a general timeframe on when round 2 info will be up?

Since scores were due last night, I would assume results and info would be up today. But I could be wrong.

First of all, congrats to all my fellow B2ers on the collide scores, especially alphamale, had a few runs myself out of curiosity and my -3 run (all on solo A, bugger) was a thousand of his.

Second of all... the fates appear to be farting in my face at this early stage of the playoffs... I can't even consistantly finish this song, perhaps for lack of any real ambition to play this song at any respectable level. I find that after 15-20 seconds of playing, my will to live dwindles and as a result I become torn between holding onto the guitar and throwing myself out of my bedroom window. I assure you all that if common sense didn't kick in and suggest that jumping out of a first floor window is going to do little more than give me a nasty bruise or 2, and at the same time look very silly from the perspective of any possible onlookers in the near vicinity, I probably would have taken that option. I think it'll suffice to say that playing this song repeatedly in order to get as good a score as I can is not a thought that fills me with an immense ammount of joy. Good luck xuknown though, you've got a good oppurtunity to get yourself into the quarter finals, don't squander it.

Awesome. I had the highest Collide score. That was a -1 run, and it was a stupid miss near the end, if I'm not mistaken. I'll get the FC soon...after I stop playing Rocks the 80s.

Fuck berries. Fall of Pangaea and I'm against Ice. It was nice while it lasted, but it's about to be over for me unless he caught malaria today and can't compete.

peon17: if it was near the end, I think I know where that -1 was. I was at -2, both in the middle, which severely cut my score possibilities. I don't know why I wasn't able to FC it, because it's quite doable - I just had to stop being so nervous... Still, I have no dishonour with the #3 score, losing by barely 4k, after doing my best. Congrats jepu2xd!
